Deleting characters is a complex thing to implement if you think about it. This isn\'t as bad for regular players as it is with guild leaders (what would happen to the guild then? Randomly pick a new leader? disband it?) or alliance leaders.
Nothing that can\'t be solved, but at the moment implementing character deletion is not an issue (or if it is, noone told me ;) ).
You can always go and sign up a new account with a different email address though if you are \"out of character slots\". Also, there will be a wipe of the database once the major bugs and problems are fixed.

I think that if you make it so we can delete characters we should have to have passwords so some one cant hack a account and deleat your characters also it would probley make the server go faster

??
erm ... there _are_ passwords. You have to log into an account  first to be able to do anything with a character of this account.
Also, due to the nature how databases are built, the amount or rows stored in a database table has almost no effect on its speed (at least in the ballpark of rows that can be expected for PS in the character-related tables).
