Excellent Excellent!

I got quite the good chuckle hearing the laughter in the background of the third verse!

Cheers to Pfeffa! *raises both of his mugs*

Pfeffa=Planeshift bard :)

The first one was creeypy, i actually liked it but the voice seems to be too sythisized.

The other one should constantly played in tavern :D

Another great one! Though a little too fast for the average drunken guy to sing along. ;)

Hi,

The fast tempo is part of the fun of singing it :)
It makes the bard come out better and the tripping over ones tongue just makes the drunk guys laugh :)
It is great fun to see the big (drunk) guys try to sing it along.
(They probably wouldnot even be able to sing along when they are sober :)))))

(ooc: Aduro: The voice you hear in the first song is just my natural voice, not synthisized in any way. Its the harmonics and resonance of my own voice. I just added a bit of athmosphere to make it sound like I sang it in the sewers or the temple, But I do not think that is what you are refering to when you say synthisized...)

Were you ever able to get a Kran drunk enough to try to sing it? :D I hear that they only sing in chant.

Love Song

Hello all,

You might have noticed, I have been away a little while...
This was because of a sickness I had that affected my voice and my singning.
Luckily I found a small lemure who was willing to work with me while I was unable to sing my songs myself.
Offcource I had to adapt the song to his voice.

The song is about the most famous love-pair in Ilyakum.
Offcourse you all know who I mean... right?

The lemure understands the universal language of love, but I still had to persuade him to sing it for me.
Well, that is no wonder if you consider whom it is about :).
But in the end I think he did verry well.

It\'s a pitty he didnot want to tell me his name.....

Return to me my love
Won?t you please return to me
Return to me my bride
Please forgive my pride
Forgive my black mistake
Please don?t break....me.

Turn to me my love
Would you please just look at me
Listen what I ask,
Take away that mask
Cladded in red wool,
You?re still beautiful.. to me.

Speak to me my love
won?t you please reply to me.
I need you near to live
I need you to forgive
Forgive my proud mistake
Please don?t break.

Hello,

Apparently I overestimated the historical knowlidge of my fellow Yliakums (Yliakummers?  Ylians??)

Noone seems to know who the song is about :-/

OK, Here is the deal,

The first one who can tell me who this song is about, and why he thinks so, deserves a song of his/her own!

I am looking forward to your guesses and wild speculations ;-)

I agree to make it a song about how I beat up all the Sheeples. I want one Sheeple to pass out in every stanza! ;)

Hi,

I am verry glad that at least one knows his history :)
So... a song about a Red Monk who has the knowlidge and kills sheeple....

With sheeple you mean:  people that follow blindly and never question their leaders. Their simple Motto is:\"Follow the Asshole in front of you\" ???
(source: http://www.sheeple.net/ )

You seem verry specific about it, so, tell me more.

This is a song i heard around a campfire while on my way to Ojaveda.(to the tune of \"the ants go marching\")

I went to her and touched her toe
Yo-ho Yo-ho
Iwent to her and touched her toe
Yo-ho Yo-ho
Iwent to her and touched her toe,
she said\"hey,hey, that\'s way too low...
Get in, get out, quit f###in\' about\"
Yo-ho Yo-ho Yo-ho!

I went to her and touched her knee
Yo-ho Yo-ho
Iwent to her and touched her knee
Yo-ho Yo-ho
Iwent to her and touched her knee,
she said\"hey,hey, stop teasin\' me...
Get in, get out, quit f###in\' about\"
Yo-ho Yo-ho Yo-ho!

I went to her and touched her thigh
Yo-ho Yo-ho
Iwent to her and touched her thigh
Yo-ho Yo-ho
Iwent to her and touched her thigh,
she said\"hey,hey, that\'s way to high...
Get in, get out, quit f###in\' about\"
Yo-ho Yo-ho Yo-ho!

I went to her and touched her \"What?\"
Yo-ho Yo-ho
Iwent to her and touched her \"What?\"
Yo-ho Yo-ho
Iwent to her and touched her \"What?\",
she said\"Ah yes, Now that\'s the spot...
Get in, get out, quit f###in\' about\"
Yo-ho Yo-ho Yo-ho!

(sad, music slows)
I found out she was cheatin\' on me
Yo-ho Yo-ho
Ifound out she was cheatin\' on me
Yo-ho You-ho!
I found out she was cheatin\' on me....
So i had to go, and kill her ya see.
Get in, get out quit f###in\' about
Yo-ho Yo-ho Yo-ho.

(really fast music)
I dig \'er up every now and then
Yo-ho Yo-ho
I dig \'er up every now and then
Yo-ho Yo-ho
I dig \'er up every now and then...
I did her once, i\'ll do her again
Get in, get out, quit f###in\' about
Yo-ho Yo-ho Yo-ho!
HEY!

(needless to say i laughed for half an hour, but then i left the camp cause...well would you have stayed with creepy mcgee?)
