Crash from full screen

The game crashes if you are in full screen mode and switch to the desktop on WinXPsp2. Fresh install of OS and PS.  

I have a crap comp with 256Ram and 2.2 cpu and mx400 graphic card.

Since you mentioned you\'re on a fresh install, make sure all your drivers are fully up to date, including the latest version of DirectX.

all drivers are up to date download them first thing... i am one of those strange people that just wipes and starts over about every 6 months. It just runs so much better that way. Got to love winders...

As far as DirectX i have version 9.0c 4.09.0000.0904 is this the most recent?

I have been having that same problem from the start.  It doesn\'t like to be in full screen while you switch to other applications, or even the desktop.  (I have winXP as well.)

The same crash appears on Win98SE too, no matter if drivers or any OS parts are updated or not.

I encountered these crashes in full window mode several times now, whenever i switched to the desktop.
Turning the sound off does not help.

I have the .dmp-file, but can\'t upload it. Any email to send it to?

I use Win XP sp2, directx 9.0c on athlon 1333, 512 MB RAM, Geforce 4 Ti 4200 (128 MB) and do not have any problems with other programs.
