Game freezes when initializing world!

when i log in onte ps.gamiix.com it does everything but when it says \"initializing world\" it freezes and quits the game!!
what can i do now? ?(

Need a little more information such as what Operating System you are using and what name you are trying to log in as.

oh, ok,
i am using a P4 computer,
Windows XP Professional
NVidia Geforce 3 (i dont know it for sure)
and i am trying to login as \"fireblade\" (without the quotes)
