Error while updater wants update
« on: February 04, 2005, 09:57:21 am »
I\'ve got this problem. I have downoaded client a ran game..but game told me that i have wrong version, so I ran the updater. It downloads registry and new version of updater. After download is complete, updater tells me that it will be running at backgroung and when I click onto \"ok\", the error message appears which says that file msvcp71d.dll is missing. What should I do? Pls help

I appologize for that, but I looked at the other posts and didnt find the answer. SO nobody is in the gam because of it? I tried download files msvcp71d.dll and msvcr71d.dll from internet and copy it to main folder of the game...But another error with glwin32.dll appeared.

That\'s right the latest update seems to be a debug build instead of a release build so many of the files are trying to hook into filess found only on a computer with a developement environment installed on it.  If you had .NET Studio installed then you \"MIGHT\" be able to get the updater to run correctly. Just sit tight.  They\'re working on a solution.
