Fragnetic Server
« on: February 06, 2005, 05:45:10 am »
Can someone give us a time frame as to how long it will be for them to get the Fragnetics Server back up and running since its the ONLY server we seem to have listed in order to even connect to Planeshift????  This is really starting to get rediculous!

What\'s getting ridiculous? I\'ve been here for two years, and I\'ve seen nothing that patience doesn\'t eventually solve. You\'ve been here since... this month?

The server will be back up when it\'s back up. If you don\'t like it, get your money back. :)

Most people who have been here since MB have been here for long enough to know that this is an Alpha stage project under heavy development. Of course it doesn\'t always run, no program or game ever does at this stage.

yeah there will be bugs but geez...after numerous versions...people would think the program would show progress in improvements...this so far is the only place where i haven\'t seen any improvements with major issues with each new version

You\'d probably be suprised at the amount of changes that are made on a daily basis. Just because many of them are not easily seen does not mean they are not critical.  Often times big breakages come when adding new things. Every day PS gets a bit better and I think it\'s a testimony to the people that work on it that it always comes back even after the meanest of core dumps.

Ah nice, I\'ve wanted to try out the Werewolf in Morrowind as well at some point to see how that plays.   Although technically a human is an animal already :)
