Guild Pics in Forum

I was just wondering if (to make sure) the pics for guilds are somtimes from warcraft 3.  If so, does blizzard have a problem?

It wouldn\'t be able to take it up with the PS team, those are related to the guilds themselves and the Devs don\'t have much control over them.
