PLZ help me get started

when i try to sign in, a message pops up and says this:

the server is down or unreachable

                       or

the server is up but not fully working

Just wait a half hour or so, then try again. This game is still in early development, so the server tends to bounce alot.

I think the server is down bud..tells me the same thing
that means the game is down...there probably fixing a bug...but i dunno.
