Wow, that\'s weird. What\'s your graphics card and is it running the latest drivers available?

Erm...

Okay, we\'ll try this way:

Go to Start and choose Run
Type \"dxdiag\" (no quotes) and press Enter
In the new window that appears, find the information about Graphics card

And if you don\'t know whether you\'re using the latest drivers, then simply put, you\'re not. Go to the manufacturer\'s website and download/install them.

About printscreen.
You\'re keyboard is divided into three parts.
1 the letters
2 arrow keys and other buttons
3 numbers
The printscreen button is in the second part. There\'s 9 buttons above the arrow keys and the printscreen button is in the upper left corner.

And Moogie, there\'s the possibility that he has on-board graphics, because he also has a celeron processor, and those are not very \"high end\". Pentium 4 computers are more likely to have a graphics card then celeron computers.

edit:
Okay, that\'s great Slagle. The installation might have been corrupt or something. Good luck with planeshift!

With the odd amount of ram he posted he almost certainly has an integrated video card that shares system RAM (typically much slowe than VRAM) likely similar to older HP or Compaq system..   just my guess
