ok this is my 3rd thread on this topic and nobody has helped/ replied it has just been removed from the forums.... when i try to logg in i use my email and password it is correct:P i have tryed my uncle cannot get in either, it says in these exact words: \"you are not running the correct version of planeshift for this server\", and yes it is crystal blue.... lol i have been playing crystal blue for a wile.. and  mb for a looooooonng time, i have just figured out crystal blue and it had begon to have problems with the camera and somtimes when i would die i would still be dead, and i was seeing dragons flying around and then turn into people....... (all in game, im not psyco) and i was wondering if there was *any* way to fix this at all......... please help......

kajeek is the name dont wear it out... well that is if you could wear it out....... planeshift isnt working!!!!!!!! well for me.... because once i figure cb out, its cannot work anymore and even if it was back to right befor it wasnt working it wold be all glitchy! grrr...

Hello, have you tried running the updater, it should be located in the same folder as the client is.

i have, it does nothing, 1 time it said everything was up to date and i tried it agin then, now it is saying \"downloading registry from http//www.planeshift.it/updaterrepository.xml. done. could not downloadupdateregistry from server: error wile downloading: connect failed press a key to continue:, and i then tried planeshift itself (pscliant) and it has the same result, any ideas? i havnt played in like a month because noone could help........

First open updaterconfig, then find the mirror and copy this line over it:

ok there isnt an instal directory, there is a folders named: docs, data, rules, support, guide and there are other things.. called: current process, keys, server, update config, and update registry is it one of them? (these are all i have in my planeshift folder....)

Please put it in the PlaneShift folder, the one that contains the updater and client EXEs. That should be where it goes, to make sure it should overwrite a file.

operating system... windows, linuc, mac?

Anyway running on windows, just right click and save into your C:\\Program Files\\PlaneShift Crystal Blue, or where ever you happened to install PlaneShift.

It should make the updater work, try to use the updater.
