ok sure, ill try it, but if that *do* work will the game work? maybe or is this a big complex thing that will take a wile?

kajeek is the name dont wear it out... well that is if you could wear it out....... planeshift isnt working!!!!!!!! well for me.... because once i figure cb out, its cannot work anymore and even if it was back to right befor it wasnt working it wold be all glitchy! grrr...

One the updater is done updating, then the game should work and you should be able to play. :)

ok...... no b\'y it did make what it said change....... now it says  no registry url or files found downloading registry from  server error wile downloading x then a happy face....? then a equal sign=

So you downloaded that file, placed it into the directory, it overwrote a file, and can you give a detailed description of the error?

edit: You can redownload the game, as the characters are maintained server side.
Also please dont double/triple post, just edit your old posts, thank you!

discriptionm of the error? what i said was all it said then it came up press a key to continue, other than that it said nothing more that what i said..... i can download planeshift agin? and do you think it mayt work?

Ok, here download PlaneShift again, install it, run the updater and see what happens.
What PS version do you have installed?
