I ran The Updater AND
« on: February 19, 2005, 04:40:03 am »
It said it had to update the updater or something, and so it was going to run it again and it automatically force quits itself.

Then I try to run the game and I get an error as well.

What is wrong?

create shortcut to updater on desktop, right click > properties, select top editable box, after the command includin the \" type (space)-auto and apply
run updater, fixed temporarily, happened many times, try search button :)

It sounded to me like he just didn\'t let the Updater run again after it had updated itself...

Actually, it worked fine, but then screwed up when it restarted with the new updater. I just tried the -auto function and it seems to be going fine. Thanks Demarthl.

You tried to put the -auto after the shortcut?

mine is similer it fetchs the new version of the updater after i start it the first time then when it says it will try to start the new updater after it patchs the old one or whatever it does in the back ground it wont start again. this is what it says in an ms-dos window \"WARNING: could not load plugin \'crystalspace.documentsystem.tinyxml\'

what should i do?

p.s. i will try the --auto fix suggested after i post this.
