Servers are down

When i open planeshift i get the error :  Fail

Next to the server names, why is this and when will it work again :P Thanks

Ive just found out that the servers will not be back up untill tomorrow. TOMORROW IS MONDAY.. TOMORROW IS SCHOOL NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Anyhow back to the serious post ;)

Think it might be a good idea to have a place in the forums where official announcements like this can be made. Like a forum section or even a post were only the moderators and devs are allowed to post. This way you have one place to look for things and not the whole forum you need to search all the time and that would also make it so that people don\'t keep making double posts asking about if the servers are down or not.

Wondering where you read about servers?  Wondering what time it was posted, wondering what time zone, and so on, because the server went down last night, so perhpas tomorrow means today? - Ekard

hehe, I also have a week off. looks like we might be the only ones playing it though. I feel bad for the poor chaps who dont get it off :D

well it went down last night around 11:00Pm eastern time it said it was shut down by a gm so when i checked out the server status they said it was going through a re-build and update.

No it\'s not the wipe. Something happened and the admins are working to restore a backup, aswell as rebuilding the server to the current CVS version. Please be patient, and sorry for the inconvenience.
