Alternative Art Thread

Well, I recently came up with a new idea.

We have all those wonderful drawings of characters and so on, but there aren\'t really many \'different\' things.

So anyone who has made some strange or extraordinary art can post it here.

So here my conribution on this topic:

An paper Enkidukai (made out of a single square-shaped piece of paper; Yeah its my own design and sorry to anyone who made this model before me, but I invented it myself, honestly):

No I\'m sorry, it\'s the photo-machine-digital-thing, well \'ya know taiwanese cheap-product. But I could provide an step-by-step instruction so you can have one of these Enkis at home!

I don\'t think it\'s blurry because it\'s a cheap camera. I think the subject is too close to the camera. Try moving back a bit.  Then you can crop the image so there isn\'t a bunch of extra space around the subject.

alternative art eh? how about pewter models made from wax carvings? I will try and make some. I like the ice enki and paper thing b the way. My origami was never that great.

ive been thinking about reviving this thread... i have some figures of fantasy style heroes and monsters and stuff complete with weapons and armor made completely out of twist ties (also known as garbage ties, or bread ties, but i don\'t descriminate :D ) i had to do them for some language arts project when i was a freshmen... i think we were reading some king arthur story or something similar.

i\'ll photograph them and post them if anyone wants me to.
