Problems with comm. window not accepting input

I\'ve had a problem recently where the comm. window becomes unusable.  The text in the window becomes \"draggable\" and I can\'t type in the window any more unless I click on the outside border of the window.  I don\'t know what prompts this, but it\'s happened several times over the last week.  I submitted a petition, but it was chucked for some reason.

OK, thanks.  I was searching for \"communications window\" and didn\'t get anything returned.  Let\'s everyone keep in mind though that shift and clicking is necessary when zooming in and out of the third person follow view.  This is documented and necessary.  IMO, I think it would be bad to disable this unless they provided a new zoom mechanism.
