can'te update!!

I opened crystal blue and it said to update. SO i open the updater and microsoft asks if i wan to report the problem, i say no as usual and it just clashed. I didnt even do anything. The screen is blank and it clashes as soon as i open it. WHat can i do?

Have you tried manual update?

Right click the updater. In the command line, add --auto at the end of it to update it. Repeat the updated to make sure you got all the updates. Wash, rinse, repeat....

If your updater crashes, use the --auto trick. Look around for it, it\'s posted all over the place in Updater threads. Ideally you should read before you post, but nobody ever does, so meh. :) Use the Search button if you really can\'t find it.

i tried that trick but it just doesn\'t let me excecutte the program... maybe im not doing it right?

Same. I hate tricks! It doesn\'t work for me either. mayb e moogie can explain the \"trick\" in her slow..understandable..words???

Here\'s a previous post of mine which (I hope) should clarify this tri-- er, workaround. If you still have a problem, PM me and maybe we can figure it out (no promises though.)  8)
