What I meant to get across is that you should join the Dark Empire expecting to get into the Shadow Force.  Hope should still be alive but, keep your options open

It depends on the person who joins.  Not everyone who joins the Dark Empire is a "newbie".

In fact, the people who actually join the Dark Empire (which means becoming a Knight or greater) are rarely noobs. Our full-fledged members tend to be knowledgeable about Yliakum's ways. The Page and Squire ranks are probitionary ranks and as such the members that fill them do not count as true imperialists, at least that's how our own organization regards them.

Speaking of which...renovations of the Shadow Force are almost done.  I'll be actively looking for members around the end of the week.  If you want to get into the Shadow Force, the first step would be to join the Dark Empire
