If I understand correct, this will be the guild's new structure?

The Dark Empire "guild" will cease to exist. We'll keep it as secret so we don't have someone stealing it.

The structure should be like this:

Dark Empire --> Imperial Guilds (Arcane Steel Shadow Loyalists) --> Imperialists (aka members)

Arrows mean "is/are composed by."

I'll repeat. Joining the Empire is not the same as joining an Alliance. Each guild is part of the Empire, not its ally. You can even join the Empire alone, without joining any guild, as nowhere in the Aspirant Guide does it mention such a thing. We will probably not use the "Alliance" option in the guild system, as we don't see any benifits in using that system.
The Imperialists lead the Empire together. Of course the hierarchic flow has influence to the kind of decisions brought about.

I know that, but there's currently no way to have subguilds inside a guild, but it is possible to have several guilds inside an alliance, that's why I called it the "Dark Empire Alliance". I thought you were going to use the Alliance function to make the structure work, although the DE won't actually be an alliance. So, the DE will just be separate guilds, and you will coordinate it through /tell's? Or are you going to belong to a guild too?

We'll be divided as far as it concerns the guild system. Each guild will be a... guild.

We communicate like members from different guilds do. Does the Alliance option come with a chat tab? I'm a rather distracted guy, I could have missed that. If so we'll use it then. If it doesn't have, I can't see how it would make the structure work further... All the Alliance option does is allow members to know who is in the alliance, and the Empire's guilds will have pretty obvious names.

I didn't understand the context of the last question. I can't see what it has to do.

As the DE will be split up into multiple guilds, to which guild will you belong as a member?

First question:
The alliance function doesn't have alliance chat right now, but many people requested it, so it might be implemented later.

I won't be belonging to any Imperial Guild. At least not right now.

Then when the alliance function becomes useful, we'll probably use it.

That has been a topic I have been working on since I was granted a leadership position in the Empire.
I did not create the Empire myself, I joined it as an imperialist without leadership functions. I raised through the ranks until I reached the position I now find myself in. I believe my contribute to the Dark Empire as an imperialist, in the times I did not lead, was a solid one and allowed the Empire to grow to what it is today.
Draklar and Aelya (the ones who lead the Empire at the time) trusted me, and I trusted them as well to make the right decisions. I had envisioned my raise through the ranks as I saw it as utterly necessary at the time, and they did not fail to bring this vision about. Of course I stated my ideas, as dialogue is the base of any good relation. And I would have respected them if they had thought of another way to empower the Empire, as long as I witnessed it work.

I expect nothing less from those who choose to join the Empire. And I crave for the opinions of my subordinates, as it is them who I try to please best.
