Well, im not a nostalgic old fart. Me and Roberet currently make up the majority of the people who appear in game, shame many of the old guard have drifted off.

And to you old DE people, that also means you Rinenud. Get up off your ass, come IG and play. With v0.5 coming out soon(tm), perfect chance to get active and grab some of the supposed influx of players 0.5 is going to bring.

If nothing else will bring you back, mounts in 0.5

Then with your drastically increased knowledge of and ability to play poker you can by a new computer and subsequently insure it.

I have been in the Dark Empire twice now.

Once in the Imperial Guard, under Hwnae and Jekkar..

Then again when the last "rebrith" was attempted, just after Donari's little scam failed.

But.. I wouldnt mind coming back, if you can actually clear up what it is that the Dark Empire actually are going to be doing. (or.. more to the point, allowing me to do..)

On a less serious note, Parallo and I have been talking (well I've talked, he's listened and grunted on occasion) and I have we have decided that he shall return in the New Year to reinvigorate Empire activities.

To any DE member that is actually visiting this place: is it still somehow possible to read this detailed Dark Empire chronicle that is mentioned on the Dark Empire website?

Several copies of that chonicle existed at one point in game, tediously copied by hand by the Scholars. Laanx only knows where they've gotten to now.

@Vieg: Some say that if you sacrifice a Kikiri in the middle of a cold Novari night and chant 'rex imperium' six times the ghost of Sangwa will appear and grant you an Imperial title. The Octarchy dismiss this as hogwash of course but us chosen few know to whom he will appear.
