why can't I get into chat?

I\'ve been trying to log into the PS chat room, but my connection attempts keep timing out. It is irc.gamesnet.net: 6667, right?

I myself thinkt hats pathetic.  The staff should get there own chat from quickchat.org and put it on the site and have some of us be ops to it.  You have to go to a whole nother website to go to that a lot of hassle!!

hmm..... wouldnt it be nice if we could all live in a perfect world and able to do things when so short staffed and working ourselves to the bone to release a demo......
