install this file?

i downloaded the 230MB file but its just like a DOS window that opens for a few seconds doesnt actualy do anything... the file size isnt exactly 230 mb it is 227mb, i had to restart cause of my internet crashing - stupid ntl... could this have caused a problem?

any clues?

should i restart the PC? is there a way around it? have i done somthing totaly wrong?

Most likely it\'s corrupted and neds to be redownloaded. To verify, use this tool and check if the checksum is exactly like the one quoted on the PS download site (89b4ad063e4e9cd39afb63e4680810f7).
If it isn\'t, it\'s corrupted.
I have heard that download managers may do that accasionally, so maybe download with your plain webbrowser. As for the filesize: I don\'t have the latest version so I don\'t know what it should be.
