every time i try to start the client it says CEL environment variable not set. moogie told me i cant fix it so what do i do now? download planeshift again?

I said you DONT fix it. If you had bothered to read the thread like I told you to, you would read that everyone gets those errors on Windows, and they don\'t affect a thing or make you crash at all.
