Yes that is what i was saying. Planeshift may be a very good game when its done but right now its not even close.


By the way building houses will never happen and we all know this. Ask your self where would they all go? If you hade 100.000 members that would mean 100.000 houses? How can that be? and hundreds of spells? That just pointless? Why would you need hundreds of spells? May have 100 spells but not hundreds of spells?


But i still think planeshit is going to be VERY good game when its done.

On slightly different topic, it kind of bugs me that \"Why PlaneShift Is Clearly The Best\" is explained with an example of EL.
To be considered \"The Best\", PS should at least beat some of the admired mmorpgs... like WoW.

I think a simple review would do better than a comparison with game that very few heard of (Or any game for that matter. After all PS still has lots of bugs and minimal number of features).

I might point out that keeping the first up there instead of acting like a corporation and making people anxious would be a good form of advertising.
If it\'s really as good as it is, you simply keep the first issue up for three weeks for people to stare in awe at.  Maybe longer as historical record.
I haven\'t suscribed because I naturally don\'t trust internet offers.  I don\'t fully understand the importance of a mailing list other than to have a headcount.

the way i understood it was that it was meant to make people react. But noone ever said that the Planeshift\'s Time had to be faithfull toward other games.... After all it is the work of PS fans and i clearly understand why they decide to express how they love their favourite game.... I took a great deal of pleasure of reading it, and look forward to read the 2nd issue.

What about interviewing Guild master about their guild\'s philosophy about why their guild are the best etc (btw for non guild-member, Zelphiriens rocks, others.... arent bad either ;-) )

Why can\'t he host current issues of it? It\'s the only reason I even read it. You won\'t get me signing up to mailing lists, and there\'s plenty of other readers you\'re missing out on too because of this.

Cool I like it.  I was not expecting so much content to be truthful.  It is also neat that you made up stories of why things happened.. like the darkness being lifted.

I have said this before but I don\'t mind repeating myself for the benefit of those that didn\'t know:

You are not \'signing up for mailing lists\' .   This list is managed by myself and no-one else, no third party is involved and I don\'t use mailing list software.  When you receive The PlaneShift Times your email address is put into the Bc: field therefore not even other subscribers know your address.

It doesn\'t involve too much work for me as I update the list regularly in an organised fashion.

This way I can see which issues receive the most members and which issues don\'t - and plan future issues around the ones that were the most popular.  This is part of the fun for me of publishing the newspaper.

If you wish to see the copies online only then the first issue will be available when we get to issue # 3.

It\'s entirely up to you 1/ Receive the copies as they are published through email or 2/ Read the back-copies online as they become available.
