game wont start

every time i try to open planeshift client, updater, or setup the dos window opens and closes but nothing comes up after that. is this a bug? is there any way to fix it?

create a shortcut to the updater on desktop go into its properties at the end of its command line (top one) put -auto run it through that shortcut.

...to put that a little more coherantly, rightclick the Updater shortcut, and in the target line, at the very end of the line, add a space, followed by \"--auto\" (without the quotes). Then run the Updater using that shortcut.


If that doesn\'t work, you\'ll have to give us some information to go on. Currently we know 0 about your PC. Maybe you don\'t even have a graphics card, we don\'t know.

ok that solved my updater problem but the client and setup still dont open when i put --auto after them.

i already ran the updater and it ran the updater in the dos window. i was at my friends house playing it and the updater had a different window... and i still cant start the game
