Hello,
I would like to propose a slight modification of the description attribute in order to make the character more personnalized, for it takes a long time to create and animate 3D models, and some details are quite impossible to add.
Let\'s split the description window into \'immediate description\' and \'background description\'. Backgd descr. would remain invisible to other players because, watching someone, it should be hard to tell if he has siblings, or if he was born in a cave (unless your surname is Holmes...). The immediate description would be a quite small text (4 lines max.) indicating the immediate appearance of the guy: \"a sullen guy with wearing dusty poncho is staring at you with his burned blue eyes...\". It would be nice if this description could appear in Chat window as soon as the target is selected (removable with a flag in mouse configuration panel, as for on-mouse names display).
If you like the idea, at the same time two other description sub-windows could be made: \'full description\' and \'hidden\'.
\'Full descr.\' would be for a longer description, from feets to head, available only if the Eye icon is clicked (as it is now).
\'Hidden\' would be for a complementary descr. available only if a perception test is succeeded when the Eye icon is clicked, written immediately after the full description in the pop-up window: \'Under his poncho, you can see a boiler door hanged around his neck.\'
The backgound descr. would be only for personal rememberance, and shouldn\'t be displayed at all.
