ps client wont work

I was at my friends house and we downloaded planshift and burned it onto a cd; I took it to my house and installed it on my copputer... and it doesnt work! I tried reistalling it 2 or 3 times and it didnt work... When I try to launch planeshift the dos window opens then closes but nothing happens after that. I\'ve searched the forums for a solution but there wasnt one. Can anyone help me?

Well idk if this is much help but maybe you gotta download it from the cite it is possible when you transfered it to the cd something was left out and you didnt get the full thing :D.

i put it on my other computer it was able to get to the account login screen but it was too slow to run the game.
