what is "the Crystal"

The azure sun? The life giving glowing ball of light that is omnipotent? Brush up on your history. It\'s radioactive as the background and so many others have explained, so the man was sent towards the crystal as a form of punishment. What else needs to be explained? Honestly, your threads need to have  bit more behind them. They seem like 30 second thoughts, strewn together. I do appriciate your effort in spelling and punctuation, just try and be a bit more focused in your ideas.

In the Planeshift history and overview they mension \"Azure Sun\" and \"Azure Crystal\" and I think there\'s something like \"Yliakum is also called the city of the Azure Sun because of the bright Crystal on the stalagmite roof\"... something like that.

But I still didn\'t get if Laanx is a female or a male...

Laanx was initially female, but she lost all traces of a human-like sex due to her and Talad being not-really-very-friendly-to-eachother. So technically, she\'s an \"it\" now, but \"she\" is still so much better.

Just for the records; Laanx never was a male.

i thought the history described the gods as beyond gender, but that Laanx sybolized femininity, and Talad masculinity.

Laanx was never a male? mmm... there are more references to this... but there\'s another part where they call Laanx a \"she\" again, so I always had this doubt...
