Well competition isn\'t always fair .. with everyone at the same level competition would be reduced to pure luck.  But I do understand your point of view .. for you it would obviously be better. Though those stats are quite superb .. especially the 20 in unarmed. I \'m not sure anyone else has that much since I don\'t think most people bother to train it.

Well if you guys keep that up you won\'t have anyone to fight :P

Here I was trying to get more participants and they chase em off *sighs and shakes his head*

Erm, well I dont think that the wipe will happen before the summer holidays. (remeber back into MB where it was said that CB is at hand several months (? a year?) before)

personally I bet that it would happen on december the 24th.

At least I was told that that was superb. + there are more skills which I haven\'t mentioned. All at character creation.

And anyway, it would make the competition so much fairer. isn\'t it obvious?
If the wipe would come before the festival, there would be no prizes :P

Also those who spent more time training, winning, sounds pretty fair to me ;)

Did I say Fable? I meant PS, lol, that is embarassing.

Anyway, I say that we shouldn\'t allow red monk to participate, on the grounds that he is intimidating everyone else :) (including me).

2) In a certain post by a dev I read that the wipe could be this week or in 4 weeks. He/she didn\'t say that it would last till summer, so.

3) also, I don\'t care about the money in the competition I just want to be in the hall of fame. Why should anyone care about the money when our guys are gonna get wiped :(

Hi everyone,

famous Aranis told me recently about the festival.

What I would like to know now is, where can I make a donation for prize money?

And next, where can I get inscribed for one of the competitions?

Really looking forward to Saturday!

I finally have several more trias and some broadswords to donate.  I havn\'t had too much time, but I did completely fininsh and package the small festival patch I showed you.  I\'ll upload it tonight and link to it on the various posts that deal with this.

Whatever you need me for let me know :)

Signolf, donations can be given to me in game .. just message me with a timeframe you could be online and I \'ll do my best to make it.

Inscribing can either be done on here or on the forums. By the way glad to see you there :)

Valbrandr, Induane that \'s great to hear .. I \'ll try to hop by in the URPS chat some time. Else I \'ll see you on saturday and we can see where you can help out. Thanks a lot.

Alrighty, completely behind schedule the new Hydlaa Festival Patch is finally available here:

You will have to copy the link into your address bar to download it as this forum won\'t link it correctly.

http://www.freewebs.com/thesentinelsoftheragnarok/festivalpatch.zip

Please note that this is a 3rd party add on to the PS game.  The makers of Planeshift are in no way responsible for the contents of this patch, use at your own risk.

This patch is temporary, and will go away as soon as you run the updater.

I hope all of you will at least try this out.  I will make an even better one for the next festival!

That is if any one person actually likes this :)
