How Do I Refute a Bug Report?

While browsing Bugtracker in search of my Exchange Tria problem, I noticed an unconfirmed bug #521 - Can\'t Practise Light Armour While Wearing Leather Armour. I know that as of 2005-04-07 you can practise Light Armour while wearing armour; it just takes a lot longer. How do I report this to BugTracker?

Add a comment to the report saying you cannot duplicate it and mark it as \'works for me\' in the Resolution pull down.
