Moving from MB.

I finally got my new computer and I am trying to migrate my character, Keldrena from MB, but it won\'t let me. I did every thing it said but it says there is no account with that email. What do I do?

From Mb you mean? Yes, I did.

You need to create an account first, see the main site for this (download section). Then you login with the new account, and when you create a char, enter the MB name exactly as it was in MB, it\'ll then give the stuff of that char to the char that was created after you uploaded it.

I did but the Ps tells me that I have the wrong password and it won\'t send me a new one. The site says there is no account with that email.

Try registering anew, then. Since you migrated with the email address, you need to make sure to register the new account with this address, and if the site says there isn\'t an account with it, something went wrong during your account creation.

At best, it simply didn\'t create an account, at worst the account is corrupt and unusable until the wipe.

I tried to make a new account and it says that there is already an account with that email.

Keldrena, dont sweat it. Same thing happened to me. Lost my crystals i had gotten in MB and (my character)..
Good old walking over crystal days lol. Anyway, its not a real big deal (I hope for you). But anyway.. your not alone.

Thanks. I should be able to fix it after the wipe anyway. I didn\'t want my tria, though. I just wanted my name. I t means a lot to me.
