So basicly you say that he was discriminated for whatever reasons, and that solely by non-Enkis, of which he makes the assumption that Enkis all are fine, whereas others aren\'t (mostly), except they\'re not \"pure\", which makes them just the same as non-Enki?
What would happen when (not \"if\", since there will be lots of \"pure\" Enkis who couldn\'t care less about their kin) he\'d get betrayed by \"pure\" Enkis?
Anyway, I don\'t like this sort of reasoning to justify racism, since I don\'t think it is realistic in an environment where mostly mixed population exists.
Also, if he doesn\'t mind non-Enkis who don\'t harm him (and who\'d like others who do harm one?), why make the fuss about the pureness? Or, conversely, wouldn\'t he mind Enkis who harm him?
The special permission rule, though I haven\'t looked at it\'s wording, to me is mandatory.
