Charachter creation crash

Time of test: 23 August, 1:00 AM CET (roughly 9 hours +Central American)
OS: Windows 98
Processor: Pentium III 600 mhz
RAM: 128 Mb
Video Card: S3_inc. Savage/IX w/MV
Video Card Memory: 7.5 Mb
PS Client Version: 0.1.004
OpenGL or Safe Mode: Safe Mode
Description of the bug: Everything worked fine up until the point I wqanted to upload my charachter. I put all the info in and clicked on upload. My PC ticked away for a while and when silent. I couldn\'t do anything and had to close it by using ctrl alt del. Damn Bill Gates!!!

I\'ve managed to get past it now. But I still think it needs to be looked into.

I think I messed up the server address and when it couldn\'t find it, it messed up.
