Yes, but only as long as the players themselves actively participate in the RP control. Once we start saying \"ah, it`ll never become that way\" we are starting to cease working to prevent it, allowing it to become reality eventually.
Also, sadly, the RP control hasn`t been working with guild names AFAICS, so it`s far from being acceptable.
Anyway, I, too, strongly oppose language / region - specific guilds / whatevers. In fact, I also oppose race-specific guilds even
if they have RP background for that.
PS\'s official language is english, and thus board and /shout and /say are expected to be in english. By not speaking english, you deny everyone who doesn`t happen to speak your local language (which will be almost everyone) the option to interact with you. This is detrimental to the community. I expect no decent player to flame you for not speaking english well, but for not even bothering with it.
