hmm, just based on the space available inside a stalactite, the devs would have to merge the apartment idea with a bag of holding, such that one building (the super apartment from hell) would magically have enough rooms to house everyone (or even a tenth of the people).
that same magic would also need to place your apartment around you on entering... hmmm, no idea how you would ... say ... knock on a friend\'s door ...
