Stuck

Newbie here...
I went to the back of the temple looking around.
I decided maybe that well was the entrance to
the sewers I\'ve heard about...jumped in.
Now I\'m stuck and the command /unstick doesn\'t
work.  All I can do is turn and look up and down.
Unable to move forward or back or jump.

Try /spawn perhaps, or ask for help from the GMs on the help channel.
