you cant delete chars, but you can politely ask a gm to do it for you if you give them the name

make a petition by clicking on the petition button form the top gUI ingame (the praying man button)

state the Characters full name and ask for it to be deleted, politely with cherries on top

go in game and send a petition or ask them (gms are people with different colored names, other than blue or green)
