Cannot Login

Hello,
 I\'m a new user, I have downloaded the client and run the updater,
 but when I start Planeshift it writes fail next to laanx server and when i try to connect it writes \"The server is not running or is not reachable.\"
I have disabled my antivirus and the firewall but the problem persists. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Depending on when you last tried to log on, it should work or you need to wait for technical assistance. the server has just been rebooted, so try again(your English is fine).

Well in fact serpentjoe I\'ve been trying for the last 4 hours!
I have even reinstalled the game 2 times... but with no rresults. Thank you anyway, I will try again later.

Gee, I didn\'t know! I had to wait a wek for it to download for me! Have you tried using the updater in  recover mode? I\'ts supposed to help but i don\'t know how it does.

I have tried recover mode and \"-auto\" in the console but with no success. I only hope that someone from the developers has to suggest something otherwise I will contact my ISP. Luckily I will see you in game then...

Hopefully you will see this when you log on again. My compter did a similar thing until i changed my ISP. I switched to NetZero\'s free internet service. It get\'s you 10 free hours a month. My updater would not work unless i used this. I hope it helps.
