What to do if pssetup.exe crashes?
« on: May 25, 2005, 09:05:09 pm »
What should I do if pssetup.exe crashes and updater.exe looks weird? it worked well first but now pssetup.exe crashes and updater.exe doesn\'t look good.
Can anyone please help me?
I may not always be right, but I\'m never wrong.

Ow I just found out that can\'t see my cursor if it\'s in the updater.exe program. It is a black box but i can still see how far the updater.exe program is, and the text doesn\'t refresh the new text so I get some weird yellow stripes in the black.

see here

edit: sorry, that link is for the setup only. for the updater, i\'m not sure how to exactly. somehow, i managed to click on update (even though my mouse vanished), and it updated itself. now it works fine.

Guess what \'PlaneShift Updater (recover mode)\' does?

i could never find a \"recover mode\" when i was trying to update... i don\'t know why. maybe my computer ate it... it tends to eat useful stuff like that.
