Runtime error

I\'m getting this error:

What can I do against it?
And it can\'t find DBGHELP.DLL but i have got dbghelp.dll in my planeshift folder. Can anyone plz help? Could it be that it is case sensitive?

You could try reinstalling the game.  It only takes a few minutes, and it\'s not like you lose anything (i.e. save game).  At the very least, sometimes it works.
