Some of you might know me, others might not. In short I have gone on a personal mission to bring the Planeshift community entertainment and culture. Two things the devs don\'t have to create for us, but what we can create ourselves as a community.
For this purpose I erected the Ethos Fellowship of Yliakum and gathered people who share my goal together under one name.
We have brought entertainment in the form of the \"Hydlaa Festival of the Hunt\", now we seek to bring culture ...
For this we are seeking out those fellow Yliakeans with some cultural interests who like to be in the spotlights. We wish to be a staging point for actors, playwriters, poets, ... to become famous and share their art and skills with the public.
We can provide the location and organisation as well as some writings, since we have a few skilled writers amongst us. What I wanted to know is if there is any kind of interest in the carreers we are offering to launch here.
Are you interested in performing a piece infront of an audience with fellow players and do you meet (most of) the following requirements?
-Able to spell well enough and type relatively fast
-Good at improvising and working your way out of tough spots
-Have at least one character either yourself or a GM can rename according to the play\'s requirements (a must!)
-ambitious, imaginative and artistic
-able to work productively in a team
We will be needing actors and actresses of all races so all are welcome. As of this moment we cannot promise you a regular pay or constant work. We will select on the play that is to be performed and the money you might deserve as an actor depends on the free gifts of the audience. The collected gifts will be shared among the participating actors, playwriter and organisation. With the exception of name-specific donations of course.
