how to uncomment a file

i need to know \"how\" to ucomment a file so the blank name tags would go away. People in other threads say to uncomment a certain file but dont tell you how.

1) Don\'t triple post.
2) Don\'t spam the forums with threads pertaining to the exact same thing.
3) You need to uncomment a line not a file.  This was clearly stated in the other thread.

Read replies thoroughly once in a while and maybe you\'ll stop being so confused.
