You mean that you share your internet acces connection with your brother and he can run the game but you can\'t?

did you try searching the forum?

did you try this?

The server = laanx.fragnetics.com

You need to allow UDP access for

Port 13331 for the Updater.exe
Port 7354 for psclient.exe
<Rux> i wish i could say that narrows it down, but the internet is one freaky place

No, this is old information.  (Probably left over from MB)  The updater only needs standard HTTP web access.  13331 is no longer used.

This indeed seems a bit odd. However, there are two things you might try:

1) physically swap the connections of both computers to the router to see if that changes anything
2) swap the IP addresses of both computers after doing 1) to see if that changes things

If it doesn\'t, there is a very high chance that the configuration of your computer is the source of the problem, not the router.

Might it be possible that you have more than one firewall running? Maybe your antivirus program comes with a simple firewall, too?

Also, some firewalls will not be disabled when they are not turned on or closed. You need to set them to \"low security\" or something like that.

Also, check if your web browser can connect to http://laanx.fragnetics.com. This is the game server which also hosts some statistics via the web.
