Can armor even be purchased?

Is there even a place to buy armor from? I know I can buy boots and gloves from the other town, but I have yet to find a shop that will sell me a good suit of armor.

When in Hydala\'s Plaza look towards the blacksmith.
if you take the 2nd path to your right you will get to the city gates.
Just before passing through gates look to your right.
There will be a stair.
Take it and you will have the chance to buy from one of the two NPCs there some armor for torso, arms and legs if i do remember well.

try exploring in game, and searching the forum in future, its more fun if you do it for yourself then rather find an answer on the forum, thats like cheating yourself :\\
