and download the windows second mirror, i know
that this is 228 mb too but trust me this one works, i had the same problems as everyone and it worked

I have found which mirror distributes corrupted Windows Installer contacted
mirror admin and temporarily removed this link from http://planeshift.xpam.de/
untill admin updates his site with a proper file. I will also contact Talad as
soon as he comes online because links to my mirror at official website has
changed so don\'t report any \"404 - Not found\" errors.
