I wish that when the choice provided to the leader of the Group created come down that he is able to dismiss a member without disbanding the entire group.
The reason is that I was part of a group in the Valley of the Tefus with another as the leader who established it. I was the first to join with him.
We killed quite a few before he said he had to leave and so I became the leader and while killing Tefus and rolling the dice I realized that one of our players was not doing anything but collect tefu teeth on the roll. I mentioned it to the other player and he agreed. I decided that both he and I would do better on our own and so I disbanded. And for all the time I continued to collect teeth the inactive player remained stationery in his position. The Tefus did not attack him. And he remained even after I became full and explored the valley.
I looked back at the actions of the group and noticed that after this player joined he actually made only 2 hits on one tefu (in the 30s each) and the rest of the time just sat there and collected quite a few tefu teeth for doing nothing and actually I think more than average even if he had been an active player. i certainly think that it was unfair with the active players in the group which seemed to be 3 at one time. The group often consisted of 5. It is also unfair to the active players to have to disband just because one player is out eating dinner or gone to the movies. Also it seems another player did not take part much too, but he did sign off once and got back on.
I can see a player taking a quick trip to the refrig or bathroom and staying in the group but to just having his image there for an hour or move I find disgusting and grossly unfair.
