I noticed this right off the bat when crystal blue first came out, but i was just thinking about it when i was looking at the rendering section on the screenshots page.

what happened to the female ylian and the stonebreaker dwarf models from molecular blue?!

i thought they were both really nice models, and their texturing was nice too. so what happened to them and why arent they used anymore?

im sure someone out there knows the details and the story.

There never was a female Ylian. You\'re probably thinking of the Dermorian.

All of the models had to be recreated - they could not have been adapted for use with CB - and thus some models had to be put on the backburner while new ones were presented to the public.

Anyway, the coming of CB meant that they had to make entirely new skins for some of the models, as they simply couldn\'t be reused with the new skeleton system. That\'s pretty much why they aren\'t ingame anymore.

What I ask myself more, where have the beautiful Renders gone, I cant find them anymore on ps.it
