everyone name is a blank white box can somone plz help?????

Hi everyone I\'m new and I just got the game running tonight but i have a bit of a problem. Upon getting into the game i noticed at the space above everyones head where their name should be......... IS A BLANK WHITE BOX........... I was like holy crap this sucks.........and I have no way of fixing it, and I was wondering if anyone else ran into this problem.
