Error in the game

I getting an error in the second screen after i log in.
after clicking the selected chercter, at the loggin screen the game gives me this error:

at first the game worked but after the second time i tried to logg in this error appeared
what I suppose to do?

6FD43CF8 - Sound issue, disable sound?

to do that launch pssetup.exe and turn sound off.
If it fails to launch, edit pssetup.cfg and replace the word multiplex for multipleyer, you can use notepad to edit that file.

That should solve the problem.

And launching pssetup causes an error for you?
If not, what you\'ve to do is launch pssetup and disable sound; then, you should be able to launch the game.

yea if i disable the sound the game works, but there is no other way i can play with sound and the problem will be fixed?

There are some players with sound problems, mainly background ones. I guess you\'d try to play without background music, but it\'s almost like playing without sound.
You can always use some other program to run the music you want on the background, because I don\'t know if fixing those sound issues are at high priority right now.
