Please please don\'t take this the wrong way...

You and I have somethng in common when it comes to drawing. It seems you have a real love of doing it, and have alot of inner creativity and imagination, but like me and many others lack that \'natural talent\' that makes it come easy.

For people like us we have to work very hard to develop \'skill\' to compensate for talent. This is not to say you have no talent, as that is not the case. if you love doing it and keep trying to get better, that is a talent in itself. :)

When I reached the point you are at now with pencil drawing  I stayed stuck there for years and never really got any better. Then I met someone who beat me about the head and neck and told me all I needed was some basics. I was trying to run before I could walk so to speak.

So I got a couple books on basic forms and shapes and blocking and stuff, then concentrated on a single facet of whatever I was trying to do at the time. In my case I started just drawing eyes.  The short version of all this long-winded diatribe is umm.. behold the power of the stick figure :) The stick figure is all powerful, all good artists start with it and build whatever pose or scene or whatever from it. From there is shapes, then detail, then shading.

The other thing concerns digital graphics, where the Pen Tool is all powerful :) I can\'t stress enough how much help it has been to me to learn to use it well. It can take a mediocre sketch and turn it into something really nice.

If you want I can give you links to tons of tutorials on all these things. I\'m hope I don\'t sound all high and mighty \'i\'m so good you must learn from me\' because I\'m not, just trying to offer some helpful CC that has helped me too.

As far as your 3d work goes, I love it, looks great! Those hammers are amazing.

Nice 3D work. What are those weapons with the curved blade and the handle in the middle called? (images 14 and 15) They have a kind of \'feathered\' edge on them. I\'ve never seen anything like that and wouldn\'t know how you use one, but it looks pretty cool.

Those happen to be Dem\'s cutters :) They are held by the shaft in the middle, with the blades going up along the forearm. Something like this .
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

fun!

I done a bit of tinkering today, i got -that- bored ;)

I modelled Karyuu\'s spear last

and i got carried away with detail on it, i left it incomplete at the bottom at a nice 668 poly\'s

here

and so i thought i should make one a little less poly killing, cutting it down to a nice 186 polygons, i like the bottom end i slappedo n for this, then again, i like anything spikey ^^

here

that\'s all for now >.>;
