Don\'t dramatize every event of this kind. Come on people, publicity on this matter is the first thing that should be avoided.

And it didn\'t blow up a part of London\'s rail system. London\'s rail system is big. Very big.

Yes and no, there was an interesting discussion about that here.

I think we can consider ourselves as an exotic community, not the kind terrorist care about, or are interested in spreading fear among. On the other hand, I agree we shouldn\'t start reporting this kind of events everytime it happens anywhere, but in this case some of us are directly affected. So, I don\'t mind showing my concern for them...

Hope nobody here got hurt or too badly scared.

When my mom told me this morning about a terrorist attack, I immediately feared that my nation, America, had been hit again, but when she said that it was in London, I wasn\'t at all relieved.  My heart and prayers go out to the British people, you have our sympathy, and we support you all the way.

As a history buff, I know Britain\'s strong will to survive and fierce resistance to all that threaten it.  May that spirit prevail again as Britain faces a new enemy.  God bless you all.

And Cad, indeed, interesting discussion. I guess, after all, \"yes and no\" is the best for that \"problem\", but leaving the matter undecided isn\'t a smart thing. Don\'t know, in my opinion I still support my words.

 Aaa... what did I do?

Though, your little speech over there was rather funny.

And don\'t want to sound mean, but people are killed every day, in every part of the world, but no one cares about them. People die, but no one even looks at them. People die, and you don\'t see those on the news. Don\'t they have all your sympathy?

Because they don\'t leave in US or London, you have to pass everything by? Nah kiddo, things aren\'t like that. We don\'t leave in a dream world, where a few words mean everything.

You don\'t need to enter that way Annah.

It\'s true that people are killed every day, but you can?t expect that anyone spams every day: \"Today I\'m going to show my respect for every body that dyed, whatever were they doing.. rest in peace now..\"

A child dyes hungry every 8 secs that pass, we must be sad because we (and replace \"we\" for Rich countryes) let that happen, not because that happens. It\'s true that instead of giving up 1.000.000.000 dolars for a plane the US could reduce the hunger in a large scale.. But they already give what they can give.. (Not the US population, but your \"dumb\" presidents..) (And not only the US..)

And don\'t need to act like that to Rumbley just because he was showing his compassion. Even if his speach is funny..  ;)

Rumley Benson please take no offense from what Annah is saying.  He is correct however.  Genocide happens and has become almost commonplace in some parts of Africa (Sudan).  But what does the USA do?  Well, as close to nothing as you could I would say.  We dont go over to stop it and we cant even admit to ourselves that it is genocide.

We have to look into the matter even deeper then this attack of course.  In one way or another it links to globalization but that is a matter I dont care to get into quite yet.  It is more directly to the unnecessary war in Iraq.  It is unfair in a way.  We, the people, get attacked because of the decisions that our governments make whether we agree with it or not.

Dont get me wrong.. I do feel for the people who died/ were injured  today in the blasts.  They were innocent bystandards .  Our governments on the other hand were not.

PS:  Ashamn, we, the US and other rich countries, can still do more.  The US, however only wants to focus on places that have natural resources that we would love to exploit.

Sympathy for the lost, injured and all their families.

I\'m trying not to scream at someone right now, but i refuse to stoop to their level. sometimes its better to be naive to events in the world, we have to support our own, and thats what we shall do.

IMHO, reporting it on the web, showing how sad everyone are and what harm
is done to the community and especially paralyzing whole city is what terrorists
want, they want to be heard they want to be hated, if we will do what they want
they will do more and more bad things. Anyway I don\'t underestand why those
countries like Iraq or Arabia still has access to the Internet to publish their crap
there and call other maniacs for help. About people having knowledge about
what is going on - we don\'t need it, we only need to know if we are safe or not
and if we are not safe, what to do to be safe, we don\'t need to know that 2k
of people had been killed.

I\'m not ignorant, I know people die all around the world all of the time.  And yes, they DO have all of my sympathies, that\'s why I send funds to world relief organizations.
